Linen towel

Here is a 100% linen kitchen towel I made as a gift.   The loop is Japanese cotton fabric.

Breakfast Menu

We are giving a Christmas breakfast here tomorrow, so of course I had to whip out my art supplies and create a menu ! I tried using the only calligraphy pen i could find (from Michael’s Craft store).

Sew Liberated by Meg McElwee

I received Meg’s book yesterday.  I ordered it from her website  http://sewliberated.typepad.com/sew_liberated/  and received a signed copy from her within 3 days people !  She gets a gold star for customer service !  I love her idea of using ribbon to make tab top curtains- see pictures below :
