Lunch Bags!

I wrote a lunch tote and placemat pattern last summer for a sewing book being released in July by C&T Publishing.   I was surprised and honored that I was given this opportunity.  Here is a picture of the cover:

The crafters that will be featured are very talented bloggers and/or  Etsy sellers.  Also, the bag on the cover is not mine.  I’m not sure who is the lucky covergirl !  I will post more pics when I get my copies !

Here is the link to the book on C&T’s website … http://www.ctpub.com/productdetails.cfm?PC=1890

Here is the book’s link on Amazon …

p.s. I was suffering from Strep at the time.   I can’t even believe I made the deadline to get my pattern in, being so ill !

Embroidery and John and Abigail Adams

Those are the two things occupying my free time.   I am halfway through David McCullough’s John Adams.  I have also

been working on an embroidered pocket which will be sewn onto a garden apron for a teacher in our lives.
