I am planning a 7 year old girl’s birthday party this Saturday. Since it will be at a pool I figured either flip-flops or goggles as a party favor. I went with the flip-flops since I found some on sale for 1.49 ea. at Joanne’s. I bought some super sticky Zots , a container of fake flower pieces, and a bag of little pom poms. I am putting them all together myself.
I’ve been prepping for my 8 year old’s birthday party at a gymnastics school this weekend . I love making goody bags. I try to choose things that are fun, made in the U.S.A. (very hard as you can imagine) and stuff the parents will approve of (not candy or junk that will break immediately). I am compulsively creative and I love the opportunity to express myself.
p.s. I am also working on my Dutch Swap partner’s gift, more on that later !
p.p.s. Please leave comments – thanks for stopping by !!
…there is nothing better. This is for Jake who is 5 and has stunning red hair. i sew so slow that it actually took me hours to cut, pin, press, and sew this. (on the way to his party we bought him some freshy new crayons to place inside!)
