i’m back

it’s been awhile. i have been trying to find places to sell handsewn items but it hasn’t worked out. i intend on writing this blog about sewing and the pursuit of making a living at it. today i’d like to talk about my experience with a gentleman who coordinates the main street “stroll” in our town. it’s once a month in the summer. he returned my call after my 4 attempts to reach him. he states the town only wants paintings to be sold. it left me with a feeling that paint is the only worthwhile art. this is going to be a real task to find the right venue to sell my craft…
